About these case studies
Client names are withheld under confidentiality, and we do not publish percentage improvements we cannot substantiate. What you will find instead is an honest account of each problem, the architectural decisions we made and why, and what changed operationally. If you would like a reference conversation, ask — we will arrange one where a client has agreed to it.

Business
Operations platform
Business Management Platform
Professional services
- Business problem
- Operations ran on a growing set of spreadsheets shared over email. Status was whatever the last person remembered, approvals happened in chat, and monthly reporting took several days of manual consolidation.
- Result
- Operations now run from one system with a live status view and an audit trail. Management reporting is generated from source records rather than rebuilt each month, and process knowledge lives in the software rather than in individual memory.
Key features
- Configurable modules for enquiries, projects, vendors and payments
- Maker-checker approval flows with delegation
- Role-based dashboards from executive summary to task level
- Java
- Spring Boot
- React
- PostgreSQL
- Docker

Business
Headless commerce
E-Commerce Application
Retail & D2C
- Business problem
- A hosted storefront could not express B2B price tiers alongside retail pricing, and plugin sprawl had pushed page load times to the point where mobile shoppers abandoned before the catalogue rendered.
- Result
- One storefront now serves both retail and trade customers with correct pricing for each. Product pages render fast on mid-range mobile devices, and the business owns its customer and order data outright.
Key features
- Catalogue with variants, bundles and customer-specific price lists
- Multi-warehouse inventory with reservation logic
- Payment gateway integration with retry and reconciliation
- Next.js
- Node
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- Cloud storage

Business
Point of sale
Billing & POS System
Retail & pharmacy
- Business problem
- Peak-hour queues were driven by billing software that required mouse navigation for routine actions, and any internet interruption stopped sales entirely. Stock and sales data only reconciled at long intervals.
- Result
- Counters keep operating through network outages, billing is faster per transaction, and stock, sales and tax records agree by construction rather than by periodic reconciliation.
Key features
- Keyboard-first billing with barcode scanning
- Offline mode with automatic reconciliation on reconnect
- Configurable tax slabs and compliant invoice formats
- React
- FastAPI
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- Linux

Business
Education platform
Learning Management System
EdTech
- Business problem
- Content was spread across cloud drives and meeting links, with no reliable record of who had watched, submitted or fallen behind — and no way to issue certificates that anyone could verify.
- Result
- Instructors can see exactly where learners disengage and intervene early. Certificates carry verifiable identifiers, and the institution owns both the content platform and the learner data.
Key features
- Curriculum builder with prerequisites and drip release
- Secure video delivery with per-learner progress tracking
- Assignments, quizzes, auto-grading and review queues
- Next.js
- Django
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- Cloud storage

Business
Hiring platform
Interview Management Platform
IT services & staffing
- Business problem
- Interview feedback lived in email threads, panels asked different questions for the same role, and coordinators spent hours each week arranging slots. Candidates dropped out during long silences.
- Result
- Hiring decisions are now based on comparable structured evaluations with a recorded rationale. Coordinator effort shifted from scheduling logistics to candidate experience.
Key features
- Role-specific interview kits with weighted scorecards
- Availability-aware scheduling with automated invites
- Question banks and panel briefing notes
- React
- Spring Boot
- PostgreSQL
- Calendar APIs
- Docker
Business
Service desk
Ticketing & Support Platform
SaaS & IT services
- Business problem
- Requests arrived through several channels and ended up in individual inboxes. Nothing carried an owner or a deadline, escalation depended on customer frustration, and recurring issues were never quantified.
- Result
- Requests are tracked from first contact to resolution with breach warnings before deadlines pass. Recurring root causes are now visible in reporting and can be addressed at source.
Key features
- Omnichannel intake from email, web, chat and phone logs
- SLA timers with auto-assignment and escalation
- Customer portal and searchable knowledge base
- Next.js
- FastAPI
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- LLM APIs

Business
Sales platform
CRM Platform
B2B services
- Business problem
- A generic CRM had been abandoned because it demanded data entry that did not match how the team sold. Leads leaked between stages and forecasts were built from opinion rather than pipeline data.
- Result
- The pipeline reflects reality because updating it costs the team almost nothing. Forecasts are derived from stage data, and handovers survive staff changes because history stays with the record.
Key features
- Custom pipeline stages with entry and exit criteria
- Multi-source lead capture including web and WhatsApp
- Quotation generation with approval workflow
- React
- Spring Boot
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- Email & calendar sync
Business
HR platform
HRMS Platform
Multi-sector
- Business problem
- HR processes ran on spreadsheets and follow-up messages. Leave balances were routinely disputed, attendance data reached payroll late, and compliance documents were scattered across drives.
- Result
- Leave and attendance disputes largely disappeared because the rules are visible and applied consistently. Payroll inputs arrive complete and on schedule, and compliance records stay findable.
Key features
- Employee master with compliance document tracking
- Attendance via biometric, web and geo-tagged mobile
- Leave policies with accrual and approval chains
- React
- Spring Boot
- PostgreSQL
- Docker
- Biometric integration
AI
Conversational AI
AI Chatbot
Customer support
- Business problem
- A large share of support volume consisted of the same handful of questions, but a generic chatbot had previously damaged trust by confidently inventing answers that were wrong.
- Result
- Routine questions are resolved without an agent while genuinely novel ones reach a person quickly with the conversation attached. Gaps in documentation surface as data instead of as complaints.
Key features
- Answers grounded in approved company content
- Clean escalation to human agents with full context
- Web, in-app and WhatsApp channels from one core
- Python
- FastAPI
- LLM APIs
- PostgreSQL
- Next.js

AI
Retrieval-augmented AI
RAG Knowledge Assistant
Knowledge-intensive services
- Business problem
- Staff spent significant time searching policy documents, contracts and historical records spread across several systems — and answers varied depending on who was asked.
- Result
- Staff get cited answers in plain language, scoped to what they are allowed to see. Because retrieval quality is scored against a maintained evaluation set, changes can be shipped without guessing whether they helped.
Key features
- Hybrid semantic and keyword retrieval
- Citations linking every claim to a source passage
- Permission-aware retrieval scoped to user role
- Python
- FastAPI
- Vector database
- LLM APIs
- PostgreSQL

AI
Agentic AI
AI Agent Platform
Operations automation
- Business problem
- Multi-step operational processes required a person to move information between systems and apply judgement at each hop. Simple scripted automation broke on the exceptions, which were common.
- Result
- Routine paths complete without human involvement while exceptions surface with a full trace of what the system tried. Because every run is observable, failures are diagnosable rather than mysterious.
Key features
- Typed tool definitions with schema validation
- Planner, worker and reviewer agent separation
- Step limits, timeouts and per-run cost ceilings
- Python
- FastAPI
- LLM APIs
- Redis
- PostgreSQL
- +1 more
Data
Analytics platform
Data Science Dashboard
Multi-sector
- Business problem
- Reporting was assembled manually from exports of several systems. By the time figures were agreed they described a period that had already closed, and definitions differed between departments.
- Result
- Departments work from one definition of each metric, figures refresh automatically, and any number on a dashboard can be traced back to the records behind it.
Key features
- Scheduled pipelines consolidating multiple source systems
- Executive summary with drill-down to transaction level
- Cohort, trend and variance analysis views
- Python
- Pandas
- FastAPI
- PostgreSQL
- React
- +1 more
Data
ML infrastructure
MLOps Platform
AI-enabled products
- Business problem
- Models were trained in notebooks and deployed by hand. Nobody could reproduce a result from three months earlier, and quality degradation was noticed only when business users complained.
- Result
- Any production model can be traced to the exact data and code that produced it. Degradation is detected by monitoring rather than by users, and rolling back to a previous model is a routine operation.
Key features
- Versioned datasets, features and model artefacts
- Reproducible training pipelines with tracked experiments
- Staged model promotion from development to production
- Python
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- CI/CD
- Model registry

Business
Multi-tenant SaaS
Custom SaaS Application
Software products
- Business problem
- A proven internal tool needed to become a commercial product. That meant solving tenancy, billing, onboarding, security and scale — none of which the internal version had ever needed.
- Result
- The product launched able to sell to customers on day one: self-service signup, subscription billing, enforced plan limits, and a support console with audited access for troubleshooting.
Key features
- Tenant isolation with per-tenant configuration and branding
- Subscription plans, trials, upgrades and proration
- Self-service signup and guided onboarding
- Next.js
- Spring Boot
- PostgreSQL
- Kubernetes
- Redis
