1. These terms
These terms govern your use of this website and describe the general basis on which Seyffluo Technologies provides services and Seyffluo Vidhyashala provides training. Individual engagements and enrolments are governed by a separate signed agreement, which prevails over these terms wherever the two differ.
2. Website content
- Content on this site is provided for general information about our services and is not professional advice.
- Solution descriptions, feature lists and process steps describe typical engagements; the actual scope of your project is defined in your agreement.
- Course durations, module lists and schedules are indicative and may be updated between cohorts as technology changes.
- We do not publish client names, testimonials or performance statistics on this site, so nothing here should be read as a claim about results achieved for a specific client.
3. Quotations and proposals
- Quotations are issued in writing after a scoping conversation and are valid for the scope described in them.
- Nothing on this website constitutes a binding price offer.
- Changes that expand agreed scope are quoted separately and require written approval before work begins.
- Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, licences and model provider usage are listed separately and billed at cost or billed to you directly by that provider.
4. Engagements and delivery
- Work is delivered in phases against milestones defined in the agreement.
- Delivery timelines assume timely feedback, approvals and access to systems and people from your side.
- Acceptance criteria for each milestone are agreed in writing before that phase begins.
- Invoicing follows milestone acceptance unless the agreement specifies a retainer or dedicated-team model.
5. Intellectual property
- On full payment, ownership of the custom software developed specifically for you transfers to you, together with the repository and deployment documentation.
- We retain ownership of our pre-existing frameworks, internal libraries and product foundations, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as embedded in your delivered system.
- Third-party open-source components remain governed by their own licences, which we identify on handover.
- You retain all rights in content, data and materials you provide to us.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information in confidence and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the engagement. Where we access your systems or data, that access is limited to what the work requires.
7. Support and maintenance
- Each engagement tier includes a post-launch support window stated in the agreement.
- After that window, support is available under a maintenance plan with defined response times.
- Maintenance plans are optional. You are never required to hold one in order to keep using software you own.
- Issues arising from changes made by third parties to a system we maintain are handled as new work.
8. AI services
- AI features depend on third-party model providers whose availability, pricing and capabilities may change.
- We design AI systems with grounding, evaluation and guardrails, but no AI system is guaranteed to be free of errors; human review paths are recommended for consequential decisions.
- Running costs for AI features vary with usage. We provide projections and monitoring, but actual provider charges are yours.
- We configure providers to exclude your data from model training and confirm that arrangement in writing.
9. Academy enrolment
- Enrolment is governed by the enrolment agreement provided before payment, which includes fees, batch dates and the refund policy.
- We do not guarantee employment or placement. We provide portfolio development, mock interviews, review and interview preparation.
- Certificates are issued on completion of the required projects and assessments.
- Course content, tooling and module ordering may be updated between cohorts to stay current.
- Course materials are licensed for your personal learning use and may not be redistributed or resold.
10. Acceptable use
- Do not use this website to attempt unauthorised access, disrupt service, or submit malicious content.
- Do not submit other people's personal information through our forms without their knowledge.
- Automated scraping or bulk submission to our forms is not permitted.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from the engagement. Each party's total liability is limited as set out in the signed agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice provisions of the signed agreement. On termination you are invoiced for work completed and accepted to that point, and we hand over deliverables produced up to that stage.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in the signed agreement. Governing law and dispute resolution provisions will be completed before launch.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@seyffluo.com. Contact details on this site are placeholders pending launch and will be replaced with verified details.
