1. Who we are

Seyffluo Technologies ("Seyffluo", "we", "us") builds customised software and AI solutions for businesses. Seyffluo Vidhyashala is our education arm. This policy covers both, and applies to information submitted through this website.

Registered entity details, registered address and the contact point for privacy questions will be completed before launch.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need in order to respond to you.

• Information you give us in enquiry, demo, quote, contact and enrolment forms: name, email address, phone number, company or city, business type, area of interest, requirements, budget or timeline, and preferred contact method.
• Technical information collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers, such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited.
• Correspondence you send us by email, phone or messaging, and notes from calls, kept so that we can serve you consistently.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, or arrange a demo or consultation.
• To deliver services, provide support, and administer academy enrolment where applicable.
• To send information you have asked for, such as batch schedules, syllabus packs or proposals.
• To improve this website and understand which content is useful.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Lawful basis

We process personal information on the basis of your consent when you submit a form, on the basis of performing a contract when you engage us, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business. Where local law requires a different basis, that law applies.

5. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
• We do not share your details with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use client project data to train machine learning models.
• We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

6. Sharing with service providers

We use third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics and, where you engage us, project collaboration. These providers process information on our instructions and under contract. A current list of providers is available on request.

7. Client and project data

Where we build or maintain software for you, we may access systems and data belonging to your business. That access is governed by the engagement agreement, limited to what the work requires, and subject to confidentiality obligations. Where AI services are involved, we configure providers to exclude your data from model training, and we will confirm that arrangement in writing.

8. Data retention

Enquiries that do not become engagements are retained for a limited period so we can follow up and maintain records, then deleted. Records relating to engagements are retained for as long as required by contract and by tax and accounting law. Specific retention periods will be published before launch.

9. Security

• Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS across the whole site.
• Access to enquiry and client data is limited to the people who need it.
• Credentials and secrets are held in managed secret storage, never in source code.
• Systems we operate are patched on a schedule and backed up with periodic restore checks.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent you have given.

11. Cookies and analytics

This website uses only what is necessary for the site to function, plus analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not run advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested before any such cookie is set.

Our services are intended for businesses and for learners aged 16 and above. Where a learner is below the age of majority in their jurisdiction, enrolment requires parental or guardian consent.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated to active clients and learners directly.
