With a free consultation call. You describe the problem, we ask the questions that matter, and you leave with a recommendation — including an honest view of whether custom software is the right answer at all. There is no obligation and no charge for that conversation.
That is the normal starting point. Most clients arrive with a business problem rather than a specification. Requirement discovery exists precisely to turn the first into the second, and it is the first step of every engagement.
A focused first system usually takes a few weeks. A multi-module platform is delivered in phases over several months. We give a written timeline with the quote, and you see working software at the end of every sprint rather than waiting until the end.
Yes. Discovery, demos, sprint reviews and support all work remotely, and we schedule calls around your timezone. Deployment and handover are done remotely as standard.
Yes. We take on defined modules, provide dedicated capacity alongside your team, or act in an advisory role on architecture and code quality. The engagement model is agreed before we start.
Requirements change, and the process assumes it. Changes within the agreed scope are absorbed; changes that expand scope are quoted separately before any work begins, so there are no surprise invoices.

Because a price quoted before anyone has seen the requirement is a guess, and guesses get corrected later through change requests. We give a written, itemised quote after a scoping call, and that quote holds for the scope it describes.
Usually. Most requirements can be phased so the highest-value part ships first within your budget, with later phases funded once the first is delivering value. If a budget genuinely cannot produce something worth building, we will tell you rather than take the work.
Against milestones tied to deliverables you can see and approve, rather than a single payment up front. Retainer and dedicated-team engagements are billed monthly.
Yes. On completion you receive the full repository, deployment runbook and infrastructure credentials. There are no per-seat licence fees on software we build for you.
Hosting and any third-party services you use, billed by those providers directly, plus an optional maintenance plan. We size hosting to your actual traffic rather than defaulting to expensive infrastructure.

Yes — domain, DNS, SSL, servers, database, CI/CD, monitoring and backups. You receive a running production system with credentials you own, not a source archive and instructions.
Authentication, authorisation, encryption in transit and at rest, secret management, dependency scanning and rate limiting are standard rather than optional extras. For sensitive systems we run a threat model during architecture.
Every tier includes a post-launch support window. After it, maintenance plans cover monitoring, patching, backups, bug fixes and enhancement cycles with defined response times.

It depends on usage and model choice. We instrument token usage and spend per feature from day one and apply caching and model routing to keep unit economics viable. You get a cost projection before committing.

No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. We provide mock interviews, portfolio review, resume clinics and interview preparation. What actually gets you hired is the portfolio you build, and the programme is structured around producing one.
Yes, with a verifiable identifier, on completing the projects and assessments. It is genuine recognition, though in technical interviews your portfolio will carry far more weight.
Sessions are recorded, doubt windows run daily, and mentors hold periodic one-to-one check-ins specifically to catch this. If your circumstances change, you can usually move to a later batch.
Refund terms are set out in the enrolment agreement shared before payment. Ask the academy team for the current policy during your enrolment call — we will not ask you to commit before you have read it.
